Ute trays and tray mounts. Our standard size trays and mounts are designed to fit utes that haven’t been modified. For example, chassis extensions, shortening, wider tyres and rims. Also, please let us know if you have a long range fuel tank, LPG conversion, Adblue. Failing to tell us this information may cause implications. We accept no responsibility if these changes affect our design and fitting. If at all possible, any tray and mount modifications may cost you extra, or a full product replacement maybe required at your own expense. No responsibility taken for any changes that you might make to your vehicle whilst your order is underway.

Leaving your vehicle with us. We will check over the vehicle for any damage and scratches. we will also check your tail light signals, rear camera and rear parking sensors. We will inform you if anything comes to our attention.

Existing tub/tray removals. As we proceed to take the tub off, if we run into any issues such as tight, rusted or seized bolts, we will do what it takes to remove the tub. We take no responsibility if the tub is damaged during removal. We may charge $50 to $200 for the extra time involved, but It’s a rare problem.

After the tub/tray is removed. If you would like to keep the tub, you must take it away when you’re here to pick the ute up. Please bring a car trailer or we can load it on to an empty tray if possible. Also, bring ratchet straps so you can strap it down. If you don’t want the tub, we will dispose of it for free.

Reverse camera and parking sensors. We will relocate the reverse camera and rear parking sensors. Some later model utes have blind spot monitoring, we will discuss that with you as each set up is different. Important info: Driver-assistance features do not replace the driver’s judgement and are not to be used in place of skilled and safe driving practices. It is the driver’s sole responsibility to monitor vehicle surroundings and conditions and comply with all applicable laws at all times.

Product details. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ. Due to product enhancements, our products may change slightly over a period of time. Please check with our Sales Adviser in respect of individual products.

Placing an order with us. You are welcome to come down to our office or place an order over the phone with us. We will answer all your questions and explain to you about each product. If you decide to place an order with us, we will then email you the details with the fitting date.

By putting down a deposit or full payment, you have given us the go ahead to commence work on your order and that you fully understand the specifications of the product that you’re buying.

Cancelling your order. The client shall reimburse Bris Ute Trays And Racks for any cost, expenses or losses incurred should the client cancel an accepted quote.

Fitting day Cancellation with notice. We respectfully request 48 hour notice in advance, (That’s two business days only). We only accept over the phone cancellations. A new fitting day must be arranged while on the phone, no cancellations fees apply. Please note: If the next fitting day is cancelled, there will be a $88 fee plus an 8% charge of the value of the goods.

Fitting day Cancellation, Late notice/No notice/No show. A fixed cancellation fee of $110 will apply plus a 5% charge of the value of the goods. We will work with you to plan a new fitting day. Please note: If the next fitting day is cancelled, there will be a $110 fee plus a 10% charge of the value of the goods.

Failure to collect your order. If you are unreachable and fail to collect your order by the specified date, charges may apply. Such as office administration fees, factory floor disruption fees, cost, expenses or losses, plus a daily holding fee of $11. For example, charges will be deducted from any payment that you’ve made to us until it reaches $0 dollars. We may then sell your order to help us to recover from loss.

Refunds. Consumers are not entitled to a replacement or refund if they got what they asked for, simply changed their mind, found it cheaper elsewhere or no longer have any use for it. But you do have a right to a refund if your goods are faulty, unsafe or do not work. Please also see Faults and Warranty’s below.

Faults: (1) Please contact us. (2) Bring the receipt and the product. (3) We will only inspect, repair and replace items at our workshop. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time.

Warranty Exclusions. Discoloration on plastic, paint, zinc plated components, anodizing, aluminium, steel, from environmental conditions, chemical fallout, industrial fallout, environmental fallout, wear and tear. Warranty exclusions: Discoloration/deterioration/defects from hail, salt, salt spray, salt water, sand, rain, tap water, chemical or sealants, oxidisation, condensation, bird/bat droppings, white rust on zinc plated components, surface rust, corrosion, environmental conditions, chemical fallout, industrial fallout, environmental fallout, wear and tear. Warranty exclusion: Road surface conditions, stone chipping, scratches, lights bulbs, fuses, load restraints and handling, neglect, misuse or general ageing, wear and tear.

Supply only. We would advise you to leave the fitting to us. If you wish to fit the product yourself, no responsibility taken for incorrect fitting or any problems that may occur. We do not accept refunds for incorrectly chosen items.
